A coffee-loving mama with a passion for the desert summer nights and all things photography!

My love for photography runs deep and all started with my very first camera… an old school purple Kodak.  It then escalated when I took a black and white, dark room photography class.  I loved being in that room waiting for the images to develop!  From early on I knew I wanted to pursue my passion, and I went for it!  I have been a professional photography for 6 years now and I have to say that I have the best clients, hands down!

I love coffee, my kids, and my hubs but not necessarily in that order.  Jesus is my rock, seriously, my rock. The first thing you will notice about me is that I'm short (a.k.a. fun size).  I wasn't a fan of being short growing up, but now I'm pretty much ok with it.  I always have my trusty step ladder with me at my sessions. I often think it should have it's own Insta page....hmmm now there's an idea!! I digress.  Being a creative means I have all sorts of thoughts and ideas firing in my brain at the same time.   It's exhilarating and dizzying in the same breath. However, channeling this allows for some pretty fun, creative and carefree sessions.

One thing I hope every client knows in every artwork you are also getting a piece of my heartt. When you look at your family portrait hanging in your home or you see your high school senior’s photo sitting on your mantel, I hope you pause and remember the sweet moments that pass all to quickly.
